WHAT’S THE SCHEDULING PROCESS AND THE FIRST VISIT LIKE?
Step 1: Schedule
You can easily schedule yourself online as a new patient. If you prefer a call back to schedule, simply email or call and someone from the team will reach back out to you within 24 hours.
Step 2: Intake/Insurance/Self-Pay​
When you arrive, there will be an iPad with your name on it at the reception desk for the intake documentation. You indicate during the intake process if you’re utilizing insurance or elect for self-pay.
Step 3: Diagnosis & Treatment
With your goals in mind, a treatment plan for your specific problem will be developed. Treatment is rendered on the first visit.
