Muscle Injuries

This post is primarily about muscle strain injuries. These are the most common that we see here:

  • Hamstring strain

  • Calf strain

  • Quadriceps strain

  • Groin strain

  • Pec Strain

We also see repetitive strain injuries and postural strains usually with a muscular component.

We don't simply recommend the RICE method and ibuprofen here. We are following the most up-to-date, modern and progressive strategies. Specific rehabilitation and treatment to the injured muscle as well as surrounding joints can accelerate healing and return to activity as well as prevent re-injury.
