Self pay rates for Dr. Tapplin & Dr. Buckner:
Initial Visit: $135 (usually 40 minutes)
Follow ups: $70 (usually 20 minutes)
Laser or Shockwave Therapy with Trina: $50-$70

Initial Visit (60 minutes): $130
Follow up (40 minute): $100​
