You finished care and you’re feeling better, but you know there’s more left. You’ve trained before, or maybe you want to start, but now you’re stuck in that middle phase. Not in pain, but not fully confident either. Now what? This is a pattern I see all the time and it’s exactly why I’m bridging the gap from pain to performance.
That’s why I’m now offering custom programming and 1-on-1 training sessions designed to help you keep progressing even after your care ends. Every program is built around your history, your goals, and how your body actually moves.

From starting as a strength coach to becoming a chiropractor, I understand the full process, from getting out of pain to performing at a high level. That means: We can modify on the fly, We train around limitations (not ignore them), We build strength without setting you back. No guesswork. No generic workouts. No disconnect between treatment and training.

How it works:
We start with a consultation where we go over:
Training history
Injury and pain history
Goals and lifestyle
What you enjoy (and don’t enjoy) in the gym
From there, we’ll go through a movement assessment to see how your body moves and where we can improve. Then I build your custom program.
From there, you can take the program and run with it, or we can work 1-on-1 so I can coach you through the movements, keep you accountable, and help build confidence as you progress.
Pricing:
The consultation + Individualized Program: $75
Follow up training sessions vary based on individual needs or preferences.
