The video below describes how you can help yourself if you are struggling with runner's knee. This includes strengthening, running form changes, taping and orthotics. In the office, I use specific manual therapy including joint and soft tissue treatment at the knee, ankle, hip and pelvis depending on the movement assessment. I may also use laser therapy and dry needling depending on the individual's impairments and preferences. If you have any questions use the chat function below and we will get back to you soon.
If you have runner's knee in Appleton or Neenah, try physical therapy and/or chiropractic treatment with a comprehensive sports medicine approach.
