Personal Training with the Pilates Reformer

Pilates reformer exercises are low-impact exercises that target the trunk, hips and extremity muscles. These exercises are designed to improve flexibility, coordination, strength, and balance.

Trina uses the Reformer apparatus as a rehabilitation tool to overcome injuries or physical impairments, and improve fitness. Many people find relief from back and joint pain by doing Pilates. We have seamlessly integrated our rehabilitation guidelines for specific individuals into their personal training with Trina utilizing this approach.
