We have a comprehensive approach with several treatment options: 

We use a combination of these treatment options to maximize results. 

Step 1: Schedule
You can easily schedule yourself online as a new patient. If you prefer a call back to schedule, simply email or call and someone from the team will reach back out to you within 24 hours. 


Step 2:  Intake/Insurance/Self-Pay

When you arrive at either location, there will be an iPad with your name on it at the front desk for the intake documentation. You indicate during the intake process if you’re utilizing insurance or elect for self-pay.  


Step 3: Diagnosis & Treatment
With your goals in mind, a treatment plan for your specific injury will be developed.  Treatment is rendered on the first visit.
